Does my private information stay private?
Yes! Absolutely! We are 100% committed to your privacy and your anonymity. We never give out your private information (e-mail address, home address etc.) to any other parties. No exceptions. We do not sell your information to any marketers or sales people. And you have total control over what private information you choose to reveal to any other parties. Your safety and security is our primary concern.

Should I have a photo in my profile?
A photograph is highly recommended. Whether we like it or not, we live in a visually oriented society. A photograph helps put a face with your description. It helps make you just a bit more real. Also, many people like to browse the ads with photos only. Wouldn't you like your ad to pop up when that happens? Studies show that ads with photos get as many as TEN TIMES the responses as those without.

Do you have photo do's and don'ts?
Photos will not appear on the site until they are approved by Member Support. We reserve the right to edit, crop or reject any photos.

The following will be rejected: Nude, obscene, sexual or otherwise offensive photos; cartoon characters and photos of celebrities.

HELPFUL PHOTO HINTS:
DO: Send your best photo. Your photograph will be the first thing other members will see. Make a positive first impression.

DO: Try to find a photograph where you are the subject. A group picture is not the best first impression. Send a picture of you, not one of all your friends.

DO: Send us a photo with instructions. We'll be happy to crop, edit, shrink, lighten, sharpen or otherwise help you to get your best photo online. If you have trouble accomplishing something on your end, feel free to send it with your instructions. We'll try to help.

DON'T: Try to show off your big biceps, sexy legs, or cool backgrounds that distract from the real you. Instead try to show off the most important thing - your face. The best photographs are nice portrait shots with facial close-ups. We know that you want to show that neat picture of you standing in front of Mount Everest, or paddling the white water, or in the crowd at the Boston Marathon, but we suggest that you save those photos for later. Remember, a first impression is important here. Those searching the ads are not that interested in "background." They want to see you. So, save those cool vacation photos for a later time.

Please note: Photos must be in .jpg or .gif format.

Can I have more than one photo?
Sure! You can have up to three photos in your personal profile.

What are your subscription packages and pricing?
Please click on plans to find out about pricing information.

Someone has initiated a contact with me, what do I do now?
Once you login you will see on the left side of the screen a window that reads, “My Contact Activity”. Click on “View” and you will see a list of all your initiated and received contacts. Under received you will see the name, a link to their full profile, and your response options. View the full profile to see their pictures and description. This will help you make your decision.

How can I be sure that who I meet is really a Christian?
We cannot guarantee that every member is a believer. We only provide to you the information that was provided to us. You must use discerment, ask the right questions, and learn about their faith. This is part of the dating process and getting to know your date. The fact that you met him/her on a site for Christians should make it easier to ask these types of questions and learn about their faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Do not be afraid to ask.

Do you have any suggestions for a first date?
  • Yes, pray for God's guidance.
  • Keep it casual.
  • Try to meet for a light lunch or afternoon snack.
  • Keep it low budget.
  • Meet in a public place.
  • Try to pay your own way, at least on the first date.

You can find many types of restaurants in our restaurant search window.
If you do not think that this is your divine appointment and you do not wish to pursue any more dates, do not ask them to call, and do not tell them you will call. Be honest. They are reading the same information you are about the first date.
Don't ask them to come for dinner at your home on the first date. Get to know them before releasing too much information.
Don't go to a movie. If the movie is great then the date is great, but if the movie was bad then the date will also be bad. Keep movies for subsequent dates.
Most of all, be smart and safe.

 What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards.

When I find someone I’d like to meet, how do I contact them?
When you have located someone you would like to meet, click “Initiate Contact” for that person in the search result window.
The person you have chosen will get an email letting them know you want to meet them.
If that person is interested in meeting you, he/she will let us know and we will release to you their contact email address.

How do I inactivate my account?
To inactivate your account, just log in and select the link "Change to not Available" in the Manage Account section of the page. This will immediately disable your account. Remember since membership is free you may continue to use the resources available.
